Colours and photographs
We try to get the photographs as near as possible to true colour, but obviously everyone's monitors are set differently, so there may be slight shade differences in real life, and the photographs are not to any scale.
All photographs used on this site are the direct property of MULTITUDE and may not be used or copied without prior written permission by any other person/s. Use of these photographs without written permission will result in legal action.

Payment and Shipping
All Debit & Credit card transactions are dealt with by Paypal for us at their secure site.
Goods will only be sent when payment has been received in full.
If items are not paid for within 10 days we reserve the right to cancel any order.
Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE on all UK orders
We can always supply a copy of the certificate of posting which we obtain every time we send any order, to show that items have been sent on the date stated.

Returns & refunds
All items are checked before shipment. Upon receipt of your order please check the item/s. If at this point you are unsatisfied then please notify us and we will arrange for a refund, once the item/s have been returned to us by recorded delivery in their original packaging. All returns will be subject to a £1.50 restocking fee unless faulty.
If you wish to return any item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of any item.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
